Chaplains Serving Polk County is committed to providing spiritual guidance, emotional support, and practical assistance to individuals facing difficult circumstances. We aim to meet the diverse needs of our community by offering jail ministry, homeless outreach, transitional housing, and, eventually, safe houses for young girls of sex trafficking. Our mission is guided by our faith and a deep desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
